Mobile Toy Library was established by Meike Mackenzie BA, Grad. Dip. Education (Early Childhood), in 2009.
Susan and Rick now run the library, from the heart of Elwood. Rick has a background in education, and worked a number of years at the Victorian Department of Education and Early Childhood Development. He now works as part of the education team at the Melbourne Zoo. Susan has a background in design and works from home helping to raise their two children.
All baskets are filled with educational, environmentally friendly toys that encourage imagination, sensory stimulation, fine and gross motor development and cognitive development.
